  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Products showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted.

 Returns are accepted in the following cases:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • The item does not match the description on our website.

 Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • More than 14 days have passed since delivery.

  • Product damage caused by misuse or mishandling.

  • Items purchased with special discounts or promotional offers (unless damaged or faulty).

 Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
